Reporting to the Safety Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with loss prevention /control systems, as they relate to health and safety and in providing technical support for improvement efforts. This is a salaried – exempt position reporting to the Plant Manager.
All external applicants must be legally eligible to immediately work in the country of hire without current or future sponsorship. Qualifications for this position include a four year college degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Material Science combined with experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment with exposure to standardization and production quality methods. Successful candidate will demonstrate a basic knowledge of the business system and the use of complex technical and engineering processes. Requires the ability to train people and serve as a coach to employees. The incumbent should possess solid presentation abilities combined with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
